Dyersburg Family Eye Care was established in the year 2003 and has been offering quality eye care services to the Dyersburg area ever since. We strive to provide exceptional eye care services to everyone who visits us.
Dr. Jake Lewis, O.D.
Dr. Lewis grew up in Lexington, TN and earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Tennessee at Martin. He then went on to graduate with honors from Southern College of Optometry. Dr. Lewis enjoys all aspects of optometric care, from pediatrics to acute and chronic ocular disease management. He is the president of Kiwanis Club of Dyersburg and attends First Baptist Church in Dyersburg. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, golfing, and spending time with his wife and sons, Kaci, Riley, and Brooks.
Dr. Justin Schroeder, O.D.
Dr. Schroeder grew up on a farm in northwest Iowa and did his undergraduate work at Iowa State University. He then finished his graduate work at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis where he met his wife Allison. He started Dyersburg Family Eye Care in 2003 and has called Dyersburg home since that time. After work Dr. Schroeder enjoys school and outdoor activities with his 3 children Luke, Sydney, and Kate. He attends Grace Methodist Church, is a Rotary Noon past-president, and spends time with the Union Mission.
